Fon in the executive lounge does a great job. She is friendly and professional. The staff member on the door early for breakfast is not so good and should not be greeting customers. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel location close to BTS and Terminal 21.

A hotel in the heart of BKK perfectly located for all ones' tourist needs. This was a spur of the moment booking because during Songkran The Thai New Year 4 day water festival time. There are several Novotel hotels in BKK where this is their 4-star offering that caters to hotel groups for short and longer term stays. Their beds are already good, but with 2 toppers I was floating on clouds all night and zero back pain in the morning. Thank you Novotel you managed what 5 star hotels can't. All we ask for in a hotel is a comfortable bed and a good shower from the room and decent service and good food from the hotel's services, right? From front desk and Javri I think was his name who was excellent in every way. The Novotel service is faultless. The room service food was good where my sleep was just perfect. I made the mistake of wanting 5 star and moving on where the 5 star hotel I went to was a nightmare, which I'll review later. I'l stay at Novotel again and have done before in Siam Square by Paragon.

Clean & Functional, the Novotel on Sukhumvit 20 delivers everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Bangkok. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Big windows allowing lots of natural light into the rooms and block out blinds to allow you to sleep at night. The beds are very comfortable, with good pillows and quality linens. The room has loads of storage space for your items, large tv and in room safe. I like that you can stock your own drinks in the mini bar. The bathrooms are large enough, with a choice of two shower heads, good water pressure. Separate toilet and both very clean. Decent shampoo & body gel. The staff are an asset to this hotel. All the staff we encountered were very polite, spoke a good level of English and were very accommodating. The hotel facilities, were good, there was a nice choice of bars and restaurants. The pool was good, well equipped gym, a day spa and even a children’s pool and kids club. There is a lovely roof top bar “Sky on 20” which has happy hour drinks & very good service, and a lovely place to unwind and watch the sunset. Breakfast at the hotel is great, provides a lot of variety and the food is delicious. The hotel isn’t located on the main road, but it is walkable to the skytrain, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides a limited tuk tuk service to drop you off at the main road, which goes approximately every half hour. The hotel is good value and good for a short say, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
